1. Service-Based Refunds
Refunds are not applicable once a project has been started, as time and resources are allocated immediately after order confirmation.
If a project is canceled before work begins, a full refund may be issued.
In cases where services are not delivered as agreed in the contract or scope of work, partial or full refunds may be considered after review.
2. Digital Products & Subscriptions
Refunds are not available for downloadable digital products, licenses, or subscriptions once delivered/activated.
If you face technical issues, our team will provide support, fixes, or replacement files at no extra cost.
